Every Belaroq custom order starts with a real reference design and an AI-assisted preview, then moves into human confirmation before production. The timeline below shows exactly when design decisions, payments, certificate choices, production, and shipment happen.
Design in Custom Studio
Choose a Belaroq reference product, select your scene and jewelry type, then refine the diamond shape, carat direction, metal color, certificate preference, and design notes.
Generate an AI Reference
Belaroq creates an AI-assisted preview so you can see the direction clearly. The image is a reference for confirmation, not the final production approval by itself.
Confirm Direct Price and Diamond Grade
Catalog products use direct final prices, with VS and VVS options available where the catalog provides both. Custom directions are reviewed by Belaroq before production.
Pay 50% Deposit
After you are ready to order, you pay a 50% deposit. Belaroq confirms the production brief, certificate choice, and service protections before production begins.
Review Design Document
Belaroq targets day 7 after deposit payment for the product drawings. Confirm the design, stone details, size, and certificate option by day 10 so production can begin.
30-Day Dispatch Target
Belaroq targets production, quality checks, certification preparation, and dispatch readiness by day 30 after deposit payment, provided drawings are confirmed by day 10.
Pay Balance and Ship
Once the final 50% balance is paid, Belaroq ships your finished jewelry with certification documentation, insured delivery, and aftercare support.
