Belaroq offers lab-grown diamond jewelry references and custom jewelry services. Product images, carat weights, materials, estimated pricing, and style details help you choose a direction before final confirmation. Custom pieces may vary slightly from references because each order is produced according to confirmed specifications, available materials, stone matching, setting requirements, and production tolerances.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices shown on the site are based on information available at the time of display. Estimated prices may be updated before final order confirmation if specifications, diamond weight, material selection, shipping requirements, taxes, duties, or other order details change. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.
4. Custom Order Changes and Cancellations
Because custom jewelry is made around your selected design details, changes or cancellations may be limited once production has started. Contact support@belaroq.com as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Shipping

6. Accounts and Site Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, submit false information, or use Belaroq for unlawful activity.

If you submit design notes, images, messages, product preferences, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You allow Belaroq to use it as needed to respond to you, prepare quotes, produce your order, provide customer service, and improve our services.
