About Belaroq

Jewelry imagined personally, confirmed responsibly.

Belaroq is an independent jewelry brand for clients who want more freedom in design without giving up clear specifications, human review, third-party documentation options, or accountable aftercare.

1. Who We Are

Belaroq is the customer-facing jewelry brand operated by HONGKONG ZEALOUS E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED. We focus on made-to-order and customizable lab-grown diamond jewelry across rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

We are not a grading laboratory and we do not present visual concepts as finished merchandise. Our role is to help a client move from inspiration to a production-ready specification, coordinate manufacture and documentation, and remain available after delivery.

2. What We Make

Our catalog provides real starting points with defined jewelry type, metal direction, stone shape, approximate carat information, clarity options, and setting details. Custom Studio adds the ability to communicate personal preferences before a final production review.

Each made-to-order piece is produced around the details confirmed for that order. Availability, stone matching, engineering, setting security, wearability, ring size, and production tolerances can require practical adjustments before manufacture. Those adjustments should be recorded in the order or design document rather than left to an image alone.

3. A Clear Custom-Order Process

Belaroq separates inspiration, specification, production, and final release. An AI-assisted preview may help establish direction; a human-reviewed design document then records the details that matter for production. Custom production starts only after the required payment and customer confirmation steps are complete.

For the current custom-order workflow, Belaroq collects a 50% deposit, provides design documentation for review, completes production and quality checks, shares relevant finished-piece evidence and documentation, and requests the remaining balance before shipment. Order-specific records and the policies accepted at checkout govern if they differ from a general website description.

4. Diamond and Production Accountability

We describe laboratory-grown origin clearly and record the selected stone and jewelry specifications before production. Where an order includes third-party grading or jewelry documentation, the issued report applies only to the stone or finished piece identified in that report.

Production review covers the confirmed specification, setting, finish, size where applicable, and presentation before release. Because fine jewelry is physical and often finished by hand, small variations from a rendering can occur; the confirmed specification and final-piece evidence carry more weight than a concept image.

5. Honest Use of Imagery and AI

Belaroq uses AI-assisted tools for visual exploration and may use them to support catalog, drafting, or internal organization work. AI helps communicate a direction; it does not independently certify a diamond, approve engineering, guarantee a precise color, or replace the customer-approved production record.

Before final payment on a completed custom order, the workflow can provide actual finished-piece images, video, and relevant certificate material. This gives the client a clearer basis for final review than the initial visualization.

6. Service Beyond the Sale

Jewelry ownership continues after delivery. Belaroq publishes separate information for shipping, eligible returns, resizing support, and the lifetime workmanship warranty so that important conditions are visible before purchase.

When a concern arises, we ask for the order number, a clear description, and photographs or video where useful. A documented case allows the customer-care and production teams to review the actual piece and explain the next available step.

7. Our Standard for Trust

  • State who operates the brand and provide a working support channel.
  • Separate inspiration imagery from production confirmation and finished-piece evidence.
  • Use order records and third-party reports for claims that require traceability.
  • Explain material limitations, timing, payment stages, and aftercare conditions before they become surprises.
  • Correct material content errors when reliable evidence shows that an update is needed.
