1. What The Warranty Supports
The Belaroq lifetime warranty supports eligible manufacturing and workmanship concerns, including issues related to stone setting, metal finishing, or construction that are not caused by normal wear, accident, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
2. Quality Review Before Dispatch
Each finished Belaroq piece is checked before dispatch for stone setting, surface finish, sizing, certificate preparation, and presentation. This final inspection helps reduce preventable issues before your jewelry leaves production.
3. What Is Not Included
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, oxidation, stretching, or changes from daily use.
- Accidental damage, loss, theft, impact, bending, crushing, or improper storage.
- Damage caused by third-party resizing, repair, polishing, cleaning, or modification.
- Loose or lost stones caused by impact, heavy wear, or ignored maintenance needs.
4. Maintenance Guidance
Fine jewelry should be worn with care. Avoid wearing your piece during heavy exercise, impact work, swimming, harsh chemical exposure, or activities that may bend metal or loosen settings.
5. How To Request Warranty Support
Email support@belaroq.com with your order number, clear photos or videos, a short description of the issue, and any relevant history of wear or repair. Belaroq will review the case and explain available next steps.
