Conditional 60-Day Returns and Free Resizing
Return requests may be submitted within 60 days after shipment, but require Belaroq's written approval, shipment to the designated Hong Kong warehouse, and confirmed receipt before any refund.

1. 60-Day Return Window
The request window begins on the shipment date and lasts 60 days. It does not guarantee an automatic or unconditional refund.
Contact Belaroq, obtain written approval, and use only the Hong Kong warehouse instructions issued for your order. An approved refund begins after receipt and verification.
2. Custom Order Review
Belaroq custom orders include a confirmation step before production. We review the AI reference, diamond details, ring size when relevant, certificate preference, and final quote with you so there is less uncertainty before the piece is made.
3. Free Ring Resizing
Belaroq supports free resizing for rings when the final design can be adjusted safely. Some full eternity, pave, channel-set, highly detailed, or structurally delicate rings may require a special review because resizing can affect stone security or design integrity.

5. Items That Need Special Review
- Pieces that show wear, damage, alteration, missing documents, or missing packaging.
- Rings with full eternity stones, continuous pave, channel settings, or complex structures.
- Orders affected by incorrect sizing information supplied after production confirmation.
- Any item sent back without first contacting Belaroq support.
