Eligible Belaroq pieces may be returned within 60 days of delivery. The item should be unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, certification documents, and included accessories.

Before sending a return, contact Belaroq so we can provide the correct return instructions and confirm the item's return eligibility.

2. Custom Order Review

Belaroq custom orders include a confirmation step before production. We review the AI reference, diamond details, ring size when relevant, certificate preference, and final quote with you so there is less uncertainty before the piece is made.

3. Free Ring Resizing

Belaroq supports free resizing for rings when the final design can be adjusted safely. Some full eternity, pave, channel-set, highly detailed, or structurally delicate rings may require a special review because resizing can affect stone security or design integrity.

4. Free Ring Sizer

5. Items That Need Special Review

• Pieces that show wear, damage, alteration, missing documents, or missing packaging.
• Rings with full eternity stones, continuous pave, channel settings, or complex structures.
• Orders affected by incorrect sizing information supplied after production confirmation.
• Any item sent back without first contacting Belaroq support.
