Shipping Policy
Belaroq orders ship from China. Transit time depends on your destination, customs review, carrier handling, and local delivery conditions.

1. Shipping Origin
All Belaroq orders are shipped from China after production, quality review, and dispatch preparation are completed. Production time and transportation time are separate. Any production estimate shown on the site is not the same as final carrier transit time.
2. Estimated Transit Time
Depending on the destination country or region, normal transportation time is generally 10 to 30 days from dispatch. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on customs clearance, international freight capacity, weather, carrier routing, holidays, remote-area service, local delivery schedules, and other conditions outside Belaroq's direct control.
3. Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will provide available tracking details by email or through your account where supported. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment, especially during export, customs, or handoff between international and local carriers.
4. Shipping Insurance
Belaroq purchases shipping insurance for all shipments. Insurance is intended to help protect the value of the order if a covered loss or covered damage occurs during transit.
Insurance reduces shipping risk, but it cannot remove every possibility of delay, damage, loss, denial, dispute, or unrecoverable event. Some events may be outside the coverage, control, or responsibility of Belaroq, the carrier, or the insurer.
5. Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Loss
International shipping can be affected by events outside normal control. These may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, port congestion, customs actions, government restrictions, public health events, transportation interruption, carrier error, theft, incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or other force majeure events.
If one of these events affects your shipment, Belaroq will work with the carrier and insurer where available, but some losses, delays, or costs may not be fully recoverable.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be reviewed by customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges vary by destination and are usually collected by the carrier, customs office, or local authority. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, and import fees.
7. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and recipient name. Belaroq is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return fees, extra charges, or unrecoverable loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If a package appears damaged, missing, or lost, contact support@belaroq.com as soon as possible. For damage claims, keep the packaging, labels, photos, videos, and any carrier documents. These materials may be required for insurance review.
Belaroq will review the case, coordinate with the carrier where possible, and assist with any available insurance claim. Final claim results may depend on carrier records, insurer decisions, and documentation provided by the recipient.
9. Shipping Delays
If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonably expected dispatch window, we will contact you with an update and available options. If a shipped order is delayed in transit, we will help monitor the shipment and coordinate with the carrier, but carrier and customs delays may remain outside our direct control.
10. Restricted Destinations
We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, remote addresses, restricted destinations, or locations affected by carrier limitations, sanctions, customs rules, or security concerns. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
